- Develop and implement multichannel integrated marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate content production and distribution through our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Coordinate collateral production (product catalogues, business cards, newsletter, website, donations website and banners)
- Develop a high standard of written reports
- Present marketing campaigns and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and motivate the Digital Marketing team and foster a productive, agile and positive team culture (Eight direct reports).
- Improve workflow using the content brief form and a project request form.
- Plan and execute SEO and Google Analytics on our website
- Coordinate copywriters, photographers, filmmakers, graphic designers and staff to produce engaging and diverse content
